We combined a new solvent-free technology with a new advanced cooling system and eliminated the noise and hassle of an outdoor cooling system. This machine includes an automatic linear geared injection segment system with a higher production capacity.
Our new, high-speed soft gel machine line has a perfect solvent-free system with a special, unique design that makes soft gel capsules without solvent cleaning. This makes the capsules dry faster, thus saving labor and material costs tremendously over time. The soft gel capsules do not need cleaning or washing by solvent for printing on the capsule and quality control. This is a perfect system that can eliminate or avoid EPA compliance regulations. In addition, it does not need much oil to be applied on either gelatin sheet ribbons. There is no need for lengthy tumbling dryers, which cost much more money and require larger space. The new larger die roll can produce more softgels than any other softgel encapsulation machine in the industry.
