UHG High Shear Granulator

UHG-G High Shear Granulator is widely used in the granulation process of pharmaceutical, food, and feed industries. A binder liquid is fed to the powder particles in a closed container with a rapid mixer and a chopper. The result is that dense granules are then formed through the liquid binder and solid bridges. Once the powders have formed a more densely held mass, then the granulation is milled. The wet mass is forced through a sieve to produce wet granules that are then dried in a fluid bed dryer.

• The main tower of the machine is made of 304 or SUS 316 L, and divided into four sections: machine cabinet, mix system, mincing system, and control system.
